Please note, we will only be able to provide information if you and your details are listed as a contact on the students profile on Bromcom.

 Your complaint will be acknowledged within 30 days. 

We do recognise that at times concerns can arise, or mistakes are made, and we ask that these are brought to our attention as soon as possible to allow us time to investigate and resolve the issue.

Some complaints can be resolved quickly; others may take longer to investigate. Once you’ve reached an outcome, If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
