KS4

Following on from the success of their Sixth Form results last week, it’s the turn of the Year 11 students at The Sittingbourne School to celebrate today after receiving a range of excellent GCSE and BTEC results. Across the subjects, students have achieved highly and are now well placed to continue their successful learning journeys. Everyone at TSS is so proud of every single Year 11 for what they have achieved this year.

We are very proud of the achievements of our fantastic students in their exams this summer. Their resilience, hard work and determination can be seen in some truly exceptional results. Our students now have invaluable qualifications that will open doors for the rest of their lives. 
None of this would have been possible without the hard work and support of all the TSS teachers and support staff who have gone above and beyond to make sure no student missed out. I would also like to thank all of our students' parents and carers too for their support.

Stand out performers:

Alvina achieved three grade 9s in her Literature, French and History exams, five grade 8s including maths, Physics and English and a grade 7 in Sports Studies. 

Logan got grade 9s in Maths, Biology and Physics, grade 8s in Chemistry and Computing, a grade 7 in Geography and grade 6 in English Language. 

Uliana achieved a grade 9 in English Literatures, grades 8s in Maths and Science, and grade 7s in Art and English Literature.

Amelia came out with grade 8s in Chemistry, History and Maths, grade 7s in Biology, English Language and Physics, a level 2 distinction in Business Students and a grade 6 in English Literature. 

Honour has achieved grade 8s in Biology, Drama, History and Maths, a grade 7 in Chemistry and grade 6s in English Language, Literature, French and physics.

The Sittingbourne School Sixth Form is celebrating today after receiving their best ever A level and BTEC results. Across a wide range of subjects, students have done incredibly well, with success stories across the cohort.
 

Everyone here at The Sittingbourne School is over the moon with the students’ Key Stage 5 results today. We couldn’t be prouder of our amazing students: their hard work and dedication have resulted in our best ever outcomes.

Our students now have the qualifications to start the next part of their adventures, with students starting exciting courses and apprenticeships. More students than ever are going on to prestigious Russell Group universities. 

I would also like to thank and congratulate our fantastic staff whose commitment and support have been paramount to this success. A big thank you also to all the parents and carers for their continued support.

Stand out performers:

Vestas Arlauskas achieved an A* in A level maths and Distinction * in both BTEC Computing and Business. Vestas is off to Loughborough University to study Computer Science. 

Maisie Lee gained a grade A in Criminology and a double Distinction * in Business Studies. Maisie will shortly be starting an apprenticeship with an accountancy firm.

 

Corey Hayes achieved a Distinction in the brand new T level Engineering course at the school. He is about to start an apprenticeship at Mercedes.

 

Maddie Woods came out with a grade A in Biology, a Distinction in Business Studies and grade Bs both in Maths and Biology. Maddie is off to Harper & Keele Veterinary School to start her training to become a vet.
